            Society, terms of reference of the Supervisory Board, Executive   ڐಂ˴ࠅุਕٙীሞ˖΁fБ݁ᐼ൒ࡒੂ
            Committee and other Committees, as well as recent discussion papers   Бᐼ฀ԫʿՉ˼ᐼ္͵ึၾ္ԫึʿ΢։
            on major businesses. Induction meetings for new Board and Committee   ࡰึٙอϓࡰึࠦdΣ˼ࡁʧୗג՘ุਕ
            members with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, and   ᐄ༶ʿ௰อ೯࢝ٙ༟ৃf
            other Directors are also arranged for receiving information on the
            business operations and the latest developments of the Housing
            Society.

            Annual General Meeting                                      周年委員大會
            The Housing Society holds an annual general meeting (AGM) in every   ג՘ӊϋѩᑘБմϋ։ࡰɽึdึɪ͟˴
            calendar year, during which the Chairman will give a brief account on   ࢩᔊజג՘ཀ̘ɓϋٙʈЪfɚཧɓɖϋ
            the businesses of the preceding year. The 2017 AGM, which was held   մϋ։ࡰɽึ׵ɚཧɓɖϋɘ˜ʞ˚ί࠰
            on 5 September 2017 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition   ಥึᙄ࢝ᚎʕːᑘБd΍ϞʞɤʞЗג՘
            Centre, was attended by 55 members. At the 2017 AGM, the Chairman   ։ࡰ̈ࢩf׵ɚཧɓɖϋմϋ։ࡰɽึɪd
            reported the achievements of the Housing Society in 2016/17. Key   ˴ࢩිజəג՘׵ɚཧɓʬ/ ɓɖϋܓุ
            business resolved included receiving the audited financial statements   ᐶdϾ˴ࠅᙄӔԫධܼ̍޲ᚎɚཧɓʬϋ
            and auditor’s report for the period from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017   ̬˜ɓ˚Їɚཧɓɖϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ˚˟ಂ
            as well as the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2017;   ගٙ຾ᄲࣨৌਕజڌʿࣨᅰࢪజѓ˸ʿ࿚
            appointment of auditor for the financial year 2017/18, and election of   Їɚཧɓɖϋɧ˜ɧɤɓ˚˟ϋܓٙϋజi

            Enterprise Risk Management                                  企業風險管理
            The Housing Society established an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)   ג՘׵ɚཧཧʬ/ ཧɖϋܓܔͭΆุࠬᎈ၍
            framework in 2006/07. With assistance by our consultant, the framework   ଣ࣪ݖfίᚥਪٙ՘пɨdவ࣪ݖεϋԸ
            has since been developed and refined over the years, particularly with   ʔᓙစᜊձҷආd˴ࠅණʕίࠬᎈ၍طݖ
            regard to the risk governance structure (risk identification, assessment,   ࿴€ࠬᎈ፫ᗆe൙Пe္࿀ձజѓ೻ҏ˙
            monitoring and reporting).                                  ࠦf


            With the ERM framework developed to an appropriate maturity level,   ᎇഹΆุࠬᎈ၍ଣٙ࣪ݖ˚နϓᆞd၍ଣ
            the Management internalised its maintenance role in 2012/13 and   ᄴІɚཧɓɚ / ɓɧϋܓৎdਗ਼Άุࠬᎈ
            conduct corporate-wide risk assessment on an annual basis. Risk   ၍ଣʈЪҷ͟ʫ௅ࠋபdԨӊϋආБΌࠦٙ
            assessment results and enhancements to the ERM framework are   Άุࠬᎈ൙Пfࠬᎈ൙Пഐ؈ʿΆุࠬᎈ
            reported annually to the Audit Committee for review and to the   ၍ଣ࣪ݖٙҷආܔᙄึӊϋ౤ʹʚᄲࣨ։
            Executive Committee for information. The Audit Committee also reports   ࡰึᄲቡʿԶੂБ։ࡰึਞϽfᄲࣨ։ࡰ
