               Elderly Housing                                             長者房屋

               The Tanner Hill, the quality elderly housing project geared towards   ג՘ٙᎴሯڗ٫ג܊ධͦ˜ཡࣀ™dͦᅺᜫ
               ageing in place with joy and dignity, was completed and began   ڗ٫̙˸ౕҞԨϞయᘌή᎚ቮ˂ϋfධͦ
               accepting tenants in 2015. Subsequently, in September 2016 the   ׵ɚཧɓʞϋംʈdԨක֐ટաॡИ͡ሗf
               prevailing short term lease strategy for the scheme was in place   Չܝ׵ɚཧɓʬϋɘ˜dג՘ఱࠇྌપБ
               resulting in all 588 units being leased out by January 2018.  ೵ಂॡߒഄଫdධͦ 588ࡈఊЗʊ׵ɚཧ

               A number of the short term tenants, after gaining a clearer   ʔˇ೵ಂॡ˒ίଉɝə༆˜ཡࣀ™ዹत˲௴
               understanding of the unique and innovative model of the Tanner Hill,   อٙᐄ༶ᅼόܝd׵ɝИʔɮکӔ֛ᔷЪ
               decided to switch to long lease even after a brief period of residence.   ڗಂॡߒfϤᑘˀ݈˜ཡࣀ™ί࢕֢ணࠇe
               This shift in perspective is a reflection of the home design, skilled care   ਖ਼ุᚐଣ؂ਕʿΌࠦ˕౪˙ࠦѩတԑڗ٫
               services and holistic support offered at The Tanner Hill as a quality   הცfΫᚥϋܓʫd΍ɖɤɓΤ೵ಂॡ˒
               housing option tailored to meet elderly needs. Altogether, 71 short   Ӕ֛ᔷЪڗಂॡߒfϾ׵ɚཧɓɞϋɓ˜
               lease tenants decided to convert to long leases during the review year.   ආ Б ٙ ሜ ݟ ʕd ॡ ˒ ٙ ዆ ᜗ တ จ ଟ ৷ ༺
               In fact, the tenants’ survey held in January 2018 also recorded an overall   99%f
               satisfaction rate of 99%.


               Generally speaking, tenants gave a high rating in the services provided   ᐼܼϾԊdॡ˒࿁˜ཡࣀ™౤Զٙ؂ਕʿண
               and facilities now in full swing at the Tanner Hill. Following the   ݄ѩʚ˸৷ܓ൙ᄆfᘱቮձᔼ਄࢕ࢬᔼኪ
               inauguration of the HKSH Healthcare Family Medicine and Primary Care   ʿਿᄴᔼᐕʕː€ʗࣅʆ࿬ڗ٫਄ੰʕː
               Centre (Tanner Hill) and Senior Citizen Wellness Centre, the Hong Kong   ක࿇ܝd࠰ಥऍึɽኪ̏ԉʕᔼਖ਼߅ൢה
               Baptist University (HKBU) Chinese Medicine Specialty Clinic (North   ͵׵ɚཧɓɖϋɘ˜ҳɝ؂ਕf
               Point) also commenced operation in September 2017.


               To serve the middle income elderly aged 60 and above, the Housing   Ї׵࿁ʬɤ๋א˸ɪٙʕପڗ٫dג՘ί
               Society initiated the Senior Citizen Residences (SEN) Scheme in the late   ִ݁ٙ˕ܵɨd׵ɘɤϋ˾ܝಂપ̈˜ڗ٫
               1990s with Government support. The two existing pilot projects, totally   τ֢ᆀ™И܊ࠇྌfՇࡈ༊᜕ධͦʱйމਗ਼
               576 flats, at Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O and Cheerful Court in Jordan   ࠏዦ˜ᆀ᎚֢™ʿР౱ԋ˜੹᎚֢™dΥ΍౤
